Pump Description
Fixed displacement check ball pump, with bi-direction, shaft rotation, provides constant direction of output flow regardless of the direction of drive shaft rotation.
Mounting
S.A.E. A 2-Bolt pattern with 8mm pilot engagement.
Inlet Conditions
Pumps may require pressurized inlet conditions at higher speeds. Failure to meet minimum inlet requirements will result in slight flow reduction

How The Pumps Operate
The checkball pump design uses two check valves in each piston pumping chamber to direct flow from the inlet side of pump to the pump outlet port
Wobble Plate Rotates with Shaft
During operation, a fixed angle wobble plate rotates with the drive shaft. The angled surface of the wobble plate imparts a reciprocating motion to the pistons which move in and out of the bores in the stationary barrel.
Weight (mass)
14kg Approx.
Installation
All dimensions are shown in mm. The Drawing shows dimensions common to all PF1000 Models. Note that the dimension for the inlet & outlet port varies as shown, dependent on the type of port.
